📦 Step 1: Timing is
Everything

• Send flowers as soon as possible, ideally within 1–3 days after your
  wedding.

• Keep flowers in water and a cool place until you're ready to ship or drop
  off.

• If your flowers are already beginning to wilt or brown,
  contact us first for guidance.

✂️ Step 2: Trim & Prep the Flowers

• Select your favourite blooms from the bouquet – we recommend
  sending around 8–15 stems. ALTERNATIVELY,
  YOU CAN SENT US YOUR WHOLE BOUQUET AND FOLLOW STEP 3

• Trim stems to around 6–8 inches (15–20cm) in length.

• Gently remove excess leaves or damaged petals.

• Wrap each flower head individually in soft tissue or kitchen paper.

💧 Step 3: Moisture Protection

• Place the wrapped flowers in a sealed plastic bag, but do not add water.

• You can add a paper towel at the base to absorb any natural moisture.

📦 Step 4: Packaging the Flowers

• Use a sturdy box, large enough so flowers won’t get squashed.

• Add soft padding (bubble wrap, crumpled paper, or tissue).

• Label the box as 'Fragile – Dried Flower Preservation'.

• Include a note with your name, order number, wedding date, and any extras.

FYI Before You Order

We want every customer to feel confident and excited about their purchase, so here’s a little heads-up before placing your order.

Because each piece is lovingly handcrafted, small variations are part of the process. You may notice tiny air bubbles in the resin from time to time—this is a natural result of the casting technique, though we do everything we can to minimise them. Similarly, the colours of dried flowers can appear slightly different from their fresh form due to the natural drying and preservation process.

These minor imperfections are completely normal and are part of what makes your piece truly unique. Every shadow box is made with the highest level of care, attention, and quality—no two are ever exactly the same, and that’s exactly what makes them so special.
